Back when orchards could still be found in the French capital’s chicest neighborhoods, jams were truly a Parisian specialty. That lost tradition is what founders Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet wanted to bring back. All of their jams are made in Paris from unrefined cane sugar and hand-selected fruit, poured into white jars to protect them from light and ensure optimal conservation.
